Welcome to the Asterix Wiki, a wiki dedicated to creating a database for the comic franchise Asterix.
Asterix was co-authored by writer René Goscinny and artist Albert Uderzo. The series has been running since 1959, and has encompassed 41 comic books, translated into over 100 languages. There have been 13 films produced, both cartoon, live action and 3D; two TV series were also made.
As we try to keep a good, clean, and canon database for the Asterix wiki we don't want the Wiki to be cluttered with fanon material. However, you may upload clean fanon pictures to your user page and/or blog. Check out the Fanon Wiki, for fanon material as well!
